Used Taycan 4S in Ice Grey incoming! 70 plate. Really nice spec and 11k mileage: £80k. To me was £112k new. Inc a trip to Porsche Experience. Not seen it in the flesh yet but deposit placed. Any thing i need to consider ask for clarity on?

Reads like a demo spec car.

Nothing much missing and price is about right.

Assume it is from a main Porsche dealership - if not I would reconsider.

Only options not listed are extended leather but assume it has and air suspension. Personally I would expect air and therefore hesitate.

Read your OP and thought straight away dealer showroom car.
Same thoughts as WINGE!
All 4S cars have air suspension so don’t worry there.
I wouldn’t miss leather.
Stunning value due to bonkers spec and price crash.
Lots of unnecessary trinkets but some gems too.
LEDs, roof, parking, rear steer, seats, battery.
That car would have been £120k sticker at a dealer last year.
Feel sorry for last owner.
Might have got over £112k list last year.
They have just got about £72k.
40k difference!!
My GTS was ‘only’ £112k on 104 base price.
30k of extras on a 4S is nuts but you benefit.
The 2 stand out things missing for me that I have on my GTS are
Auto Dimming Mirrors
and
Adaptive Cruise Control
Entirely personal of course and tempted as I would be by a great bargain those 2 missing items would stop me buying that car.

If it is a dealer, a few years warranty thrown in would be good.

Yes it’s Porsche dealer 1 owner car. Bought from that dealer and trading for a new one. 24 months plus remaining warranty takes me to Dec 25.
also has comfort entry. Also got the porsche experience thrown in. Hope I don’t lose my shirt too. Saying that probably keep 3 years plus now as nothing in the same league.

Entirely personal of course and tempted as I would be by a great bargain those 2 missing items would stop me buying that car.

It is probably an extravagance now the prices have dropped so much for used cars but it is surprising how the absence, or presence, of just a few items makes a difference between buying and not.
When I placed my order there was a used car the sales manager thought would be just what I wanted - it was green and had a non black interior - but it had non-massage 18 way seats and a glass roof which I didn't want, but the thing which completely ruled it out for me was - privacy glass!

I'm in a similar situation too - but it's a dolomite silver with bordeaux red interior! Exciting times. Did you just ask for the PEC to be thrown in? I might ask for that too, although I got the GTechniq ceramic coating thrown in for "free".

The dealer will perform and any all software updates pending for your VIN - this works well - so you should not worry about that. There are various campaigns (not recalls) which will issue software updates which are not OTA and when your car is next in the garage these updates would be applied. For major work e.g. recall you would be notified by letter, email, notification in My Porsche App.

Any pending software updates will be applied during PDI.

Chances are that you will periodically get OTA updates (Maps generally) - again not something you consciously have to worry about.
