After charging at a HPC, i couldn't select my user profile anymore–it was greyed out.
Could only chose "Guest".

After playing a while, I reset the PCM to factory settings. Now I cannot create a new profile anymore.
Car always starts up asking for language.

In the connect app, both app + Tycan sync up, but no connection to server shown.
Can the Porsche Connect Service be down/ unav?

Weird!

Nope, 2nd key doesn't change anything (always used #1 so far, though).

Funny is, the whole "Account" menu is missing…

So you cannot log into your account, correct ?? You don't have connectivity to your App ??

Many of us have had this happen. In my case, the "Over The Air" (OTA) module was bad. It needs to be replaced.

Thanks, John.
I fear you're right–it seems like an unhandled hardware problem the software cannot cope with…

Try disconnecting the 12V battery (negative cable, under the frunk liner) for 60 seconds. That's like a Ctrl-Alt-Delete. If that doesn't help, then try a factory reset (which may not have worked before the 12V disconnect but may afterwards). Do this in an area where you have good cellular coverage. If that doesn't work, it's time for a trip to the dealer.

It's back to normal…

I did nothing new, suddenly my profile was back. Porsche called me back, rep apologized.
They still share servers with Audi and those were down for 24hrs, he said.
