On the way back to Denmark from the South of France I used the morning hours in the Museum, Zuffenhausen dealership and walking around the Factory. A LOT of Taycans are being produced - my guess is that they make as many Taycans at the moment at 718s and 911s together!

Wow @Porsche really should put more protection film on these expensive new cars. I would hate to be the future owner of the one on the back of that trailer - i can only imagine the risk of paint damage whilst being transported!

Wow, thx for sharing!
Indeed, the focus is completely on the Taycan now.
I think it'll be Porsche's best-selling car.
Maybe even better than the Cayenne...
Yup, I bought a lot of Porsche shares at a very good price (thank you coronavirus).
That's really a no-brainer over here.
:)

I totally understand the concern of damaged paintwork as a future owner of a high price and high quality product.
But if the risk (of damage to the paint) is low as it is then why? Just more use of plastic materials which I don’t see the reason for. Did pas a lot of trucks on the autobahn carrying new cars of all sorts - i didn’t take note of them having more film on, so I guess it’s all fine the way Porsche does it :)

You should see what Audi does by comparison and they are part of the same family....
