Well that was crap!

First supercharger (Edit: fast charger) experience was a disaster. Stopped at Trafford Centre Manchester on our way to Wales. Used the Evyve 75kw charger. Would not work. Authorised my card on the app and still wouldn't work. Would not work pay and go. Spoke to a useless tech support guy on the phone. Reset it. Still no good. Wasted 45 mins. Eventually found a destination charger and connected to that. I have plenty of charge than god but wanted to get to the cottage which is a further 50 miles with almost full. I hope future supercharging experience is better.

If not then super / ultra charging takes place at 120kW or higher.

I had a faff on first use of a BP Pulse 150kW (400V - finally a change to use the option I paid for 20 months ago) thinking I could PAYG. Alas, you have to register and then PAYG. Let to 3 reboots of the EVSE but ultimately it worked but I only got 100kW or so - fast enough. Could be your next use of the same device works out better.

I had a similar problem at an EVgo station in Pennsylvania. Finally got the charger to start the initialization process by shutting off the car prior to inserting the DC charger plug.

Were you naked when you did the dance? You have to be naked and dancing around the car in a counterclockwise direction. Do that and the charging will start and run at super-ultra-wicked-fast-double-fancy speed.

Charging at the farmhouse we have rented. Domestic plug off an extension cable. Yes the cable is unwound fully and has an RCD before people go into meltdown! Reckon it will put 100 miles on before we head off on our adventures tomorrow
