What’s that squeak….?

I previously had an issue with a trunk rattle which has been solved with help from this forum. It was the cargo shelf clips.

I now have a squeak that is coming from the same area. It happens with or without the cargo shelf in place.

Has anyone figured out the source and solution for an interior squeak coming from the rear of the car? It primarily squeaks when going over bumps and bad surfaces….

Mine was supposedly a wire harness clip somewhere under one of the back panels. I gave up and let the dealer take care of it.

Pretty much day 1. Very annoying and I couldn’t find it, but dealer found it right away.

Mine is going in on Thursday for a similar rattle (again).

Solved my squeak! It was the rubber contact points in the rear trunk. I clean them each week when I do my detailing….apparently I left them “squeaky clean”. I put a dab of lubricant on each of them and problem solved. Heads up for those that do extra detailed cleaning!
