So in summary: a EV can never be a "proper" Porsche as there are no gears to change and no sound to enjoy.

Must admit I do miss the PDK gearbox and the sound of the "flat 6" of my last Porsche however, I am sure mating a PDK to a Taycan engine would create a number of issues to do with Torque, RPM and the fact there are multiple engines to sync also.

Sure someone is working on the concept though for future models.
