I literally just replied (below) on another post regarding an OP stating that the Goodyears were noisy. Has that been your experience too? My post is below.
Well, this is concerning. I just ordered the 21in Goodyears F1 NFO (Porsche). Unfortunately, there aren't many choices available considering the tire shortages. Currently, I have the all-season Continentals and just ordered the available summer tires (the Goodyears) for a sportier profile. The online tire reviews for the Goodyears were better than the Pirelli Blues, which were the only other tires available in 21in. I hope that I have a better experience with the tires. I hate noisy tires.

I got the Goodyear as well and I'm very happy with it. The tire noise is very low compared to the Pirelli P Zero PZ4 (which is the other option that comes from the factory). And the grip level is also better in wet and dry conditions than the Pirelli.
So in the end the Goodyear is the best choice you can get right from the factory.
The only tire I would prefer over the Goodyear would be the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S.

Thanks! Do you drive on the tires all year or switch during the winter? My plan was to not drive if less than 45 degrees, because of the summer tire recommendations for temperatures.

I received the all season Continentals on my Mission E wheels. No complaints. Cabin is quiet (although I do have the insulated glass).

I switch to 20s during winter time. Currently my car looks like this:

Continentals. Rears lasted 10.5K miles.

I'm hoping Michelin makes PS4S in our size soon.

I have the Pirelli. No complaints from me. Plenty of grip for anything reasonable to be doing on public roads imo. I'm not noticing excessive noise. I dunno about grip in the water but I drove through some flooded roads where there was 5-10 areas with 4"-6" of standing water and they didn't pull or hydroplane so I can't complain.
