WMA5/WMA6 updates spring 2021

Gents,

Seen some general info about the update, but nothing too specific.

Also saw @Dee post some info on FB, but couldn't find it now that I was looking for it.

As far as I know, in Scandi the update will be released on Week 12 (confirmed with 2 PC dealers in 2 different countries!)
The update will supposedly take roughly 9 hours to complete.

Does anyone have release notes / what will actually be updated?

You mean this?
WMA5 is for updating MY20 to MY21 (takes 8 hours).
WMA6 is for MY21 only (takes less time).

Some said their car was already at the PC doing the update on saturday. I was hoping to read some feedback but none so far

No, after leave the car they call me and say that the update is locked, i must wait, they will call me again....

MY21 Turbo S in tomorrow. I’ve been warned not all cars complete in a day & it’s possible they may need it for a day or even longer.
So it looks like I’m slumming it in my 911.

so the version is updated from 3379 (for 2021 models) to 3397.

User interface also notes a Nov. 10th 2020 date…if I'm parsing the build version string correctly.

Both the previous and latest interfaces versions are 3.3.11.2. But the previous had a release date Sep 9th 2020 and the new one is Nov 10 2000.
