Here's another update (probably not everyone's taste since I got 0 comments last time the car is now for the 3rd week at Prior-Design in Germany, the front is in the ppf and the widening parts are custom made and ready for the painter ( front and rear fender edges and parts of the rear doors have been ground away to make room for the widening).

So are the fender flares for wider wheels? Even wider than the factory 21s?! Woosh!

There will be 22" wheels underneath, the rims will each be 6cm wider

Like on this car, but a little more subtle, everything in blue with high-gloss black and carbon accents

Looking forward to seeing how it turns out, but I’ve never once looked at my Taycan and thought ‘you know I wish it was even wider’…. It’s already an oddly wide car.

Of the pics above, I actually think the flares in black look better than the body color matched one. That acid green car with black flares looks a little like the new RS.

?No, it's not reversible, but that's not important to me since my cars drive for me and don't take a new owner into account.
If they don't like it, they buy another Taycan, there are plenty of them.

The Taycan is wide enough by itself, but in the village where I live there are at least 6 Taycans, the rest is all. No Turbo S, but I like to distinguish myself a bit.

The German aftermarket is very much it’s own thing and aesthetically, not aligned with tastes in the United States.

That said, your car. Let you be you. Let us know what range you’re getting when it is done.

I love most Prior Design cars, great design and execution in wide body mods. I never thought of one for Taycan, as I always thought of range being an issue. Looks epic and really looking forward to seeing it completed. Well done!
