Looks like Phoenix Contact will be the company that is building the charging system for Taycan.

Based on the video of driving in the winter, this is the manufacturer. If you browse the website you can see how they say they attain the high speed charge using a liquid cooled charger.

It's a privately held German company. I don't know if this has been posted elsewhere, sorry if it has.

Ionity are building a network of charging stations (the company is funded by Porsche/VAG, Ford and others). They offer up to 350 kW charge rates with liquid cooled charge cables.

Ionity are "open source" with CCS plugs, so any brand can stop and pay for charge at their stations. The car itself (with onboard charger) will determine how fast of a charge it can accept.

Charging a Lithium battery is fastest up to approx 80%, after that it slows down dramatically. So it's better on a long trip to stop at every fast charge station for a while and "top up". It's ineffective to wait longer for it to full 100% up, you're saving time by rather go back on the road and make another stop later on. This is valid today for Teslas on their Superchargers and it'll be valid also for a Taycan with 800 volt battery and max 350 kW charge rate.
