I’m wondering if they are releasing a top of the top version first and that it then has the wider rear fenders of the mission-e......... since this otherwise would seem to touch on false advertising......................

This is starting to get very confusing. What sense does it make to put this in the newspaper when we are only 3 months away from the real vehicle being unveiled. It will only lead to disappointment in my opinion.

Agree! We have all received the book showing the Mission E pictures in various areas of it. Production line picture and at the end of the book that is the last thing you see is the Mission E.
I hope Felixtb is right. Not good marketing if the Taycan does not have the aggressive look and wider rear fenders....

You are too kind calling it "strange" behavior...........borderline 'shameless' in my book.
One could assume Porsche Marketing thinks the differentiation is something beyond the 'average buyer' (who will spend over $100K and who has been following this four years :) ).

Not good full stop if the Taycan doesn't have the aggressive look and wider rear fenders, they have no excuse at all for not including them
