Yes, you get less power, when the SoC is low. I don’t remember If it’s 20%, but I have had mine on the ring several times, and can confirm the behavier.
The incident was 2 yrs ago. It got fixed days after I posted the message here October 2021, and have not had any problems with it since. However, there is a campaign going and I will have it swapped in mid December. Thanks, for your response :)
It's probably temperature differences between when it was fully charged (85%) to when you looked at it. Have same experience when the temperature drops and rises.

I think 10% is worse than average. I found this degradation tool. Unfortunately, it does not have statistics of Taycan though.
