TaycanForum is proud to bring you a rendered preview of what the Targa Taycan and the Sport Turismo Taycan could look like.

We know through public statements made by the company that Porsche has plans to bring to market a whole family of battery-electric Taycan variants thanks to its highly modifiable J1 platform.

    Porsche Taycan Targa

First up below is a shorter wheelbase two-door Targa version that features a large glazed glass opening that slides down from the windshield to the rear hatch area. Recent reports indicate that the Targa Taycan is slated for launch in 2020-21 and will be produced at the Zuffenhausen plant alongside the regular-bodied Taycan.

    Porsche Taycan Sport Turismo

Here we've rendered a Sport Turismo Taycan sportwagon which features the fastback design previewed in recent spy photos which showed that Porsche decided for a sportier roofline and stance than the more crossover features of the Mission E Cross Turismo of which the sportwagon Taycan would be loosely based.

Thanks for the possible previews! Judging by the spy pics, I think the Sport Turismo will end up really close to this.

I think this looks sweet... and makes it harder to decide on the sedan or fastback.

Crap I'm gonna be in the same dilemma if the Sport Turismo Taycan turns out like this.

I wonder what price premium over the sedan it'll carry though?

BTW these are beautiful preview renderings @Tye!

Yes please on the Targa. It will be interesting to see what roof options this model has. I also can't wait to see the color and wheel options for the Taycan. It looks clean in the white, but I have something like GT Silver in mind.

That 3/4 rear view of the sport turismo is stunning. If it looks like that put my name down! Great job with these.

I sold my 2009 911 997.2 Targa 4S, and really miss it. I liked that Targa so much, more than the latest 911 Targa. Have a deposit on the new car...so will see.

The OP makes it sound like he thinks the Sport Turismo will be built instead of the Cross Turismo. However, I thought that the Porsche BOD was reported to have green-lighted production of the Cross Turismo specifically. I think we'll end up with both given how hot the CUV segment is.

Needs work. The C pillar and butt are too huge. Better to start with the Macan and go from there.

Those wheels look large and, like the base Taycan, perhaps will end up smaller

This shows how awesome a Taycan Targa could look. A 4 door targa is a dream come true for me. Unfortunately it's only been available on the 911 until now.
