once I have my setup I'll take photos for you so you can see how they look on! I also looked at Vossen wheels specifically these:

What's good with Vossen is that you can specify that you want original center caps..... But otherwise heavier and not as tech advanced as HRE...…..

Turbo and Turbo S models. Not the best color options. Easily configured over $200,000! Wow... giving me significant pause....
My configuration of a base Taycan 4S Volcanic Grey came to $121k. well, well, beyond the $85k they originally spoke of. I am thinking of acquiring a certified 2015 Targa for $80k and a Tesla Model S for $40K. I'll have 330 mile electric range, larger frunk and trunk, folding rear seats, a back seat that holds 3 adults comfortably, and an amazing track car. :)

not sure the Targa is an amazing track car but a coupe would be, and you could probably get it for cheaper or newer.... Not sure that you are looking for a Taycan anyway considering the pointed accolades you are giving to the model S's cargo and passenger capacity...…..

I am getting really annoying with Porsche atm. I just got called in to place my order. I went on my other website to rebuild my car. They recently updated their website and now the 4s must include the battery plus , as well as the panoramic roof and home connect charger. Which is an $11,000 charge.

Before the update their must have options were without the battery plus.

Does anyone know if the US is also the same before and after the update?

I noticed they have revised the configuration at least four times already.

It is the same now in the US for the 4S. Must get the bigger battery, panoramic roof, and mobile connector charger. To be fair, panoramic roof and the mobile connector charger were always required for the current batch of cars. The bigger battery requirement is new. Though, I can understand why Porsche made the decision, since it'll simply their build process to make all the batteries the same size regardless of people ordering 4S, Turbo, or Turbo S.

I think it's stupid and unnecessary to opt the mobile charger.
I just don't want it, just like a charging cable, I'm an EV owner and have all these items.
My dealer says I don't have to pay for the mobile charger if I don't want it.
This I want on paper cuz it still is €1100...wasted.
He says it's only there to set-up my order.
That's just wierd, isn't it?

PS I bought a 3,6kW mobile charger second hand for €125 (dealing at local auction sites is another hobby of me, lol).
This is the exact same one Porsche uses in their wallbox.
It only has a silver band and it says "Porsche" on the side...
It's all VAG (manufacturer: Heidelberg, Germany).
Also available in 7,2kW.

Yes, that's also an option but 11kW is 3-phase, 3x16A.
This is single-phase, 16A or 32A.
Not many homes have 3-phase in my country, that's why.
But still the same for Panamera hybrid etc.

PS Taycan can also charge at 3,6kW.

I charge my Panamera now wirh 7,2kw is 2 Phase 16 amp.. it’s the max you can have..
I think it depends on what plug you use, right?
It comes with three different plugs: Schuco, blue or red industrial.
Other countries may use different plugs.
Is that correct?

What charger will the car be delivered with as standard?
Is it really true that Porsche will charge for €1100 for just the charger? What capacity is that charger then? I have tried to see details on my dealer site but do not get a clear spec of it. It seems very expensive since a normal EV charger to install at home with up to 22kW capacity is about half of that cost. And they all have the standard connector to the car, correct???

It looks like it's 22kW.
It comes with different socket plugs, you can attach them accordingly: 110/240, 2 or 3 phase.
Depending on your home installation you can choose what you want.
At least, that's what I'm thinking, seeing what Audi (also VAG) has done.
Connector to the car is the same: CCS.

Oh then I need to get that clarified by the dealer?
In the picture that Thomas DK provided it seems it is just the Type 2 connector. I have not seen any home chargers with a CCS connector?
If it only is Type2 connector then the car will be the limiting factor with only 11kW charger onboard?
Or am I mixing things up?

As far as i understand the home charger is a corded one and not a “real” wall box... so if you get the wall box then it is really just a box you mount on your wall to permanently store your cable in. So the different plug sets are on the wall end of the cable so you can attach it to either a shocko or EEC Blue or Red socket. 16A 3phase max. (If lucky the cable is also delivered with the 32A larger red socket....)
For the car side since this is all AC the plug is the standardized Menekes type 2 connector that can handle 32A 3 phase therefore 22KW but as of now the Taycan is only delivered with 11KW onboard charger with the 22KW charger as an option later during 2020

If you want to get a DC charger for the home they are beginning to be available for home use but are pretty expensive and go to max 50KW charging......

This is the info that I have managed to discern and understand for what ever that might be worth.... :)

It's just the same mobile charger in different configurations.
Here's the (square) Audi wallbox with mobile charger in it:

Same for Porsche, different (round) wallbox, same charger:
