As mentioned before, I like to light the Porsche letters at the back, just like the Mission E.

So, I cut out a letter out of PMMA plastic and tried to copy the shape of the letter.

Then I made a light bar of two LEDs glued to a piece of red PMMA.

This is how it looks like in the dark.

Not sure if I can make something like this on the car but this is just to give you guys an idea what I have in mind.
I'm feeling not that confident to cut pieces of a €200K car you know...:D

Wow ...... I don't want to steal your thunder ... but my Porsche salesman told me that Porsche Exclusive will retrofit the iceblue PORSCHE letters (end of 2020) and there are cables already for lighting them as well ;-) ... don't waste too much time on this ... but when having the money in mind which Porsche is surely asking for that retrofit ... maybe better go on ;-)

That's good news and makes sense (if it's true).
In a lot of countries it's forbidden to have the logo illuminated so...
Honestly, I don't believe Porsche would do that but hé, we'll see...

But then again, the letters light up when a following car shines on it....cool hé?!
