Way off topic: when my Taycan met Rivian

I have taken this week off from work, and also saw that the new Rivian service center is now open in Denver. I decided to take a little field trip to check out the R1T since I have one on order, and had yet to see one in person. I took a couple of pictures in case anyone is interested. I know there are a couple of folks on the forum who have a Rivian on order, so make sure you have room in the garage - they are bigger than you think.

I saw 4 R1T's today - the white one, the gray one, the blue one, and the yellow one. The yellow one was being driven off as I arrived, and the other 3 belong to employees, so they are not demo units. I also did not want to be "that guy" and ask an employee to take time out of their day to open their personal car and let me check it out.

James, I will replace my e-hybrid Cayenne when my Rivian arrives. I am sure I will not get mine until the end of '22 or the beginning of '23, so it will be a while.

There is no way I am not going to have a Taycan. They are are just too fun to drive.
