and that's safe? feels a little counter intuitive to spray water into places where presumably there is electronic stuff going on!
That's not a waterproof area. The vents are wide open to the elements. And the front sides are obviously wide open for air flow. What do you think happens when you drive in the rain or through a puddle?

I just plugged the car into the home socket to charge it and I don't see any fan moving... and the temperature is arround 23 degrees out side ?
Can you spin the fans manually by sticking a screwdriver or something skinny through the air vents?

Your car is pretty dirty in that area. Do they salt the roads where you live? If you can't turn the fans manually, they could be seized up from the salt. You have to keep that area clean.

both fans are stuck, apparently not to one side or the other... I tried with a screwdriver...
Since they are stuck, I would clean up those areas really well and then see if Porsche will warranty them. People that have gone in to warranty those fans with debris in there have been denied since Porsche blamed the failure on the debris.

It is crazy that the car knows the fans are blocked, but there is no warning to the driver. 23C is too cool for the fans to run. The drivers fan seems to be more for the battery, whereas the passenger fan seems to be for the AC/heat pump also. As said, and as you show in the photos, the first thing to do without any disassembly is to turn the wheels one way and then the other, with the car cool and off, and see if you can move the fan blades with a thin object like a screwdriver. If no rotation, the fan motor is seized or there is a rock jammed in it. I believe that's the only condition the car could discern. If there is debris making the fans buzz, you'll hear it, but I doubt the car could detect that. There is a TSB for pre-2024 cars for updating the fans and shrouds with parts that are less susceptible to debris. I had that done in the US free under warranty when my fan seized. Note that to replace the fans/shrouds the front bumper cover and radiators need to come out. It's a big job. Not DIY.

I've already put a screwdriver in both fans and unfortunately they are stuck, (stones... or debris probably) I'm going to try putting water with a little pressure to see if it solves it without disassembling, or also applying a little W40.... if it doesn't solve it I'll really have to do it myself, in fact I was analyzing and removing the wheel and the wheel arch we will have access to the fans,.... I think there will be no need to remove the entire front bumper to be able to unlock or change the fans, I also want to find a way to in the air intakes of the fans in the wheel arch, perhaps I'll get some more closed protections or with an internal mesh to reduce the entry of garbage, stones or debris into the fan....

just had a play around with my OBD2 reader and there is the ability to spin the fans up. which I did and they went crazy. very loud. one side a little rattly and the other seems ok. will give them both a hosing in a bit.
I would recommend doing that first and then spinning yours up. it was in the thermal management section

They will not start spinning until battery temp is above 35 degrees celsius; as 35 is ideal temp for charging.

“I think there will be no need to remove the entire front bumper” - possibly. My dealer removed the bumper and radiators to swap the fans and shrouds. Maybe fans come out the back?

Zunsport in UK sells mesh guards, mainly to protect the radiators. The debris comes in from the wheel well side.

I think that by removing the wheel arch and the wheel, there is no need to disassemble anything else, but I could be wrong, but logically it will not be necessary to disassemble almost the entire front because of a fan... in fact I don't even know how Porsche engineers designed these air intakes next to the wheels, the way they are it is clear that sooner or later they will cause problems (a Cross Turismo). In any case, I thank you for the information because if you have the fans working or if you put the fans in operation I will certainly put into practice your suggestion of importing these two parts to replace these intakes,...,..,
