New member, bought a Taycan 4S

Hi everyone, my name is Vicente, I’m from Spain, I just bought a 2020 Porsche approved Taycan 4S with almost 40k€ on options from the Porsche dealer, the car condition is as good as a new one, in fact it was side by side with another 2 new Taycans and you couldn’t tell which one was new and which one was used.
The car has 31k km and as I said has the official Porsche warranty (Porsche approved), the price was 65k€, I’ll update with the whole list of options the car has in the following days, meanwhile I’ll add some photos here, I hope you like it
I think the only important thing the car does not have is PDCC and PTV, oh and by the way, battery SOH is at 100% as tested by Porsche dealer.

Congrats on the purchase. Please share options so we can see what might be prone to problems.
PDCC is not a big miss and neither is the PTV+. Rear Wheel steering is more impactful for every day.
SoH at 100% is not possible even if it has a brand new refurbished battery. You can find out for yourself by getting an OBD reader and CarScanner App. Dealers will tell you all kinds of nonsense. if you have the original battery, I expect it to be between 80% and 90%.

This is what It had on the listing it says +/- 5% and determined without preparation on July this year, I think it means they did the fast check and not the long one discharging and charging the battery

but yes it has rear wheel steering and battery performance plus between others, thanks for you reply!

I have never seen a screen like this that would be provided by Porsche with SoH. I wonder if you can share where you got it. I can see this being only possible with a brand new not refurbished battery, which would be the latest J1.2 generation with brand new cells. Could you confirm if the battery is original or replaced?

Thanks very much! I also have a Mini Cooper SE from 2021 that is so fun to drive, I have 69k km on that car and the obd says 95 to 96% battery SOH depending on if you check on summer or winter, always charged to 100% but as a first gen mini it can only drive around 200km anyway it’s enough for me as I don’t travel too much.

That was from the listing on the official Porsche website here in Spain, every car has that image but for many says not tested or ask the dealer, others show the results with the SOH on a number, dealer said the car never had any problem since new, I didn’t see the recall history

This is how Taycan SoH degrades. This is mine and consistent with the pack. I am only at 24k miles with 2023 battery and I am at 86% SoH. Therefore, I have a hard time believing you can have 100% SoH on your car.

This looks like a made up image. Please test it with OBD and let us know. The OBD that most use on the forum in US and UK is around $45 USD from Amazon.

Very helpful. Then if I am to trust the posting you may have a brand new battery, which is awesome, and would not be unexpected on a 2020.

Ok I’ll check with obd on monday, is there any app needed? I have an obd and app for checking the mini, anyways maybe is not 100% and it’s 90 or anything like that as you say but I’ts a hell of a car for 65k€ don’t you think?
