It’s possible the CPO warranty can be extended by another year, but not sure, I have not verified this is possible after the CPO initial purchase. Sometimes more warranty helps sell the car. The buyer would have to pay to extend after purchase.
Another possibility is re-certifying through a local dealer (the buyer purchases it from your local Porsche dealer for much more $$ but with 2 years of CPO), but that may be much more difficult.
The car looks great by the way, you may just need one local buyer to move it.
Last thought is to update the title of the listing to match your current asking price.
