Same issue here. Now at my dealers who tell me they have not replaced the 12v but have received some info from Germany and some "wiring changes" should sort it. I'm sceptical.
Have this on front passenger window and asked them to take a look while it was in last week for brake recall. They say something has failed in door and parts ordered. Awaiting call to book in again.

Only happens around 30mph though so not really useful when driving enthusiastically.

Coasting is great with a clear road ahead. But when you need to slow down (or are descending an incline), then regen is required for maximum efficiency.
