Anyone else got Porsche Connect problems?

My app is reporting a charge level of 94% and thatvthe charging plug is inserted. The battery is at 46% and charging away according to the pcm.

Mine stopped working last Friday midway through a long drive. Things like Apple Music stopped working in the car as well as services like Weather and traffic etc.
Status in my app is as-it-was back then and all remote control doesn’t work.
Car is in with Porsche right now anyway (replacement glass roof ?) so hopefully they can sort it.

Great. I’ll do battle with the timer/profile to make sure I charge at cheap rate and hope it fixes itself in a few days

Porsche OPC didnt resolve it. I took it home and disconnected the 12v battery - didnt fix. Did a PCM factory reset - still no fix - worse now, as I cant even log in to my Porsche ID, so lost all my settings and now limited to being a 'Guest' in the PCM. It just says that no data connection is available. Its going to have to go back in - which is really frustrating.

That happened to me last week. App says status was updating, but it wasn't. None of the functions worked either, like precool. That has happened periodically, but it has been a Porsche server problem and gets corrected overnight. This didn't, so I called Porsche Connect.

Symptoms they looked for and the fix: far right of PCM screen, the data connection icon (two horizontal arrows pointing in opposite directions) had a slash though it, even though through a another screen we could see the car was getting a good cell signal. The SOS light on the overhead was green (not red or flashing red, which would have been a different issue). They said the shop needed to do a "Data Module" reset.

Drove to the shop, they agreed about the Data Module. A couple of hours later, problem solved, except having to set up all my screen personalization.

This car has been death by a thousand cuts, but dammit, I love it!

Sounds exactly the issue. Bit annoyed my OPC weren’t aware of this as they’ve had the car all week and I clearly explained the issue - had I been able to give them these terms, it might have help. Thanks for sharing as I can go back to them, as I’m sure this is the same issue (eg the connection light is green, like yours, but no data).

Plus, mine said they had just had one in the day before, so maybe becoming a wider thing.

[Edit] Do NOT do a factory reset of PCM if the car does not show LTE/data connection symbol.
--Factory reset usually does nothing to fix no LTE.
--Factory reset deletes your accounts in PCM. You cannot re-add your account in PCM until LTE/datacomm service is restored.

I was working near the Porsche dealers today so thought I'd drive over and see what they have to say. 200m from the dealers, the phone disconnects from the PCM and re-connects. When I get to the dealers, everything is working fine so I turned around and went back to work.

so my car has now started have similar connectivity issues the past 5 days...

seems to have lost comms during a time the car was pre-heating early one morning last week.. I can see in the app the pre-heating running!

made the mistake of logging out of PCM and trying a factory reset... now when I try to log back in, I can't as it cannot get online and get the 'need to establish data connection' message when trying.

luckily the car is in for its recall tomorrow so will get them to look at it then.

a more annoying matter... a delivery van clipped the front corner of my parked car and didn't stop. Luckily the car behind snapped a pic of the van so is with the insurers. Work being done by M & A coachworks.. seem to be Porsche approved!

both bump and PCM issues happened around the same time?!
