Oh! I have a 2021, too, but always have to use the Tesla app. Is this new, or did I miss a switch to flip? April was the last time I charged on a Tesla in California.
I'll have to try this for my next road trip at the end of the month.
Thank you for sharing. I have the same model you do but I'm out west (Denver-based) and take long road trips in places where charging is very limited. I find in 59/60° weather I think I'm getting much higher range. Do you drive in range mode? Do you use cruise control? Do you have aero rims? Or...
I really don't understand why you're saying the CT is not a family car. It's a STATIONWAGON and huge. I haven't been in the new Macan's, but I've had EV and ICE ones and they're actually smaller cars. I bought this because I have kids and cart them around quite a bit, previously with car seats...
Believe it or not, I may not be able to. I just searched through all the photos I have on IG, this computer and this forum, but since I put snow tires on immediately, the only one I have is this picture (my son and I were 'measuring' the Lift function.) I have to go to my other computer to see...
Hello Taycan family! Regular poster here. I bought my Taycan 4 Cross Turismo a little over a year ago and absolutely love it — but I've decided the Cross Turismo Design wheels aren't for me. As an avid skier and camper, I swapped to 19" wheels for the larger sidewall (and picked up a dedicated...
Whitex, You're absolutely correct. I run a small tech company and my developers are based in Prague. THEIR wifi and mobile access Is fantastic! So we now have part of our testing protocol to degrade Wi-Fi and mobile access.
Coincidentally, one of them came out in April because I had to drive...
A clip from "Drive 2 Extremes" showed up in this video. When I first bought my Taycan 4CT, I was shocked at how many people told me that I had to 'be careful' when driving in snow, ice or rain or soft roading. They were legitimately concerned that the car was going to perform badly. I then sent...
@Flying ace One of my friends was suggesting that I looked into doing just that. But last night the summer tires I could buy were twice the price and had only 15k miles. Good idea, but I'm struggling with execution.
@Jonathan S. Ok, ok, I looked up my snow tires: Blizzak LM005. I live in Denver...
Thanks, but my current 20" snow tires are blizzak and they got me through a nasty full ice storm on Vail Pass in Feb of last year. Every other car was doing cart wheels on the road. I like that set up.
It's the other three seasons I need (and currently have 21" rims/no tires.)
