I have a 2020 Taycan 4S that's out of regular warranty but still within the extended battery warranty. So I got the red ring of death and had the car towed to the dealership. They told me 3 modules were bad and they had to wait for the part. A month later and I get a message from the dealership that they "Found 12V battery internally faulty, fault code P1B0200 - 12V battery monitoring - no function" present on pre-val. Deactivate/reactivate HV system and replace 12V battery" - $3,564.28. How is this not covered under the warranty?
