I’ve heard that the 4s is to be released on or around 14th October 2019 (Price revealed in Netherlands +/- 110,000.00 EUR (inc Tax)) and the base model around 1st October 2020 (Price revealed in Netherlands +/- 85.000.00 EUR (inc Tax)). I have to say the 4s seems to be the model to go for.
