If you had battery modules replaced, their cell voltage will clearly stand out on the graph at lower SOC.
You should also use the ECU Identifiers menu in Car Scanner - it shows the hardware version and production date of the BMS module (008C Battery Management System). What values do you see...
Car Scanner shows SOH in 2025, just the calculation was probably modified by Porsche.
This forum post is a clue:
98.4 % SOH - PIWIS flash test
67.564 % SOH - Car Scanner
new multiplier: 98.4 / 67.564 = 1.4563968 ...
Live Data view has much faster refresh rate - with 2-3 sensors selected - than standard dashboard screen. I ticked some random optimisations in adapter's advanced settings, maybe that helped too. Trip data seems to be saved in the app only after pressing Disconnect at the end of trip, else the...
The new R1234yf aircon refrigerant is actually flammable (mildly flammable, per safety leaflet).
Porsche Taycan:
Depending on the market, the air-conditioning system uses refrigerant named R1234yf or R134a. If refrigerant R1234yf is used, there´s a label located on the inside of the luggage...
Normal mode will heat the battery up after start to 5°C (42°F). You should rather drive in Range mode, so the battery heating stops at 0°C (32°F).
Drive mode vs. battery temperature...

SOH is one thing, you also want to know if all cells are balanced, cell voltage delta below 20 mV (0.02V):

Cell voltage delta is huge: 0.31 V (310 mV) - you clearly have a bad battery cell. Please post the screenshot with cell voltage in all cells, and another screenshot with SOC in all cells. Example...
Export - in Data Recording press and hold the saved file (probably swipe left/right on iPhone)
.csv - two versions, not sure how they work
.brc - probably a file for opening in Car Scanner on another phone
[edit: added Data Recording for clarity]
I already tested it. Sensors displayed on screen are always stored in Data Recording (can be exported as .csv). But app only records sensors from screen I am viewing at any moment. If I swipe to another screen, it will turn to recording sensors from the new page (displayed on screen).
But...
The SOH might depend on ambient temperatures, in summer probably goes up a bit.

Car Scanner ELM OBD2 shows trip on Google Maps, when "Record location data" is enabled in Data Recording.
Sensors from archive trips are displayed as charts, or as route on map (chart+map).
Press Disconnect before closing the app, else trip will not be stored.
Sport mode heats up to 13°C, Sport Plus to 23°C
battery heating in various modes:

Or rather the other way around, just like in Tesla service mode: discharge the battery down to 0 (by running the heater while car is stationary), then AC-charge it in a controlled way to 100%.
Probably 2 working days at the dealership...
