    PCM won’t load (pic attached)

Porsche removed two finger reboot on J1.2 PCM. This happened to me once, although the PCM won't load, but backup camera still works.

Porsche app vehicle details not updating?

I've tried many things but nothing works. I troubleshoot with PCNA on the phone and sent them pictures to prove SOS light was green, and cell signal are all working. I stopped at logout the PCM, because I didn't want to take any chance that I can't log back in again.

Porsche app vehicle details not updating?

J1.2 has removed the two fingers reboot, but I tried everything else. Service Center tried to completely reboot the car, but that didn't work either.

Porsche app vehicle details not updating?

Living in OC, too. No server issue, my app works fine. Had the same issue in the past, waited over a month then brought it back to the service center, they fixed it with a software update Others are not so lucky, many owners had to replace PCM. There are many discussions on the forum.

    Tires - Michelin CrossClimate 2 vs PS4?

It's hard to say because it's combination of battery degradation, tires replacement and wife's driving style. MY EPA driving range is 330 but actual range was around 250 when new. This car is 30 months old now, actual driving range is under 200. OEM tires were Pirelli Scorpion, I don't drive...

    Tires - Michelin CrossClimate 2 vs PS4?

I also live in CA and replaced CC2 on Tesla MY after seeing so many great reviews. I thought it will be nice during occasional ski trips. The CC2 absolutely killed the range on MY, I had to stop more often to charge, made my road trip less enjoyable. CC2 performed really well during early...

Do I have concern of Chinese government collect my data? Yes, but won't stop me if the product is good. I've been tracked by Google, FB, IG, YT, X every second. I fully understand I'm been surveillanced, but I get to use these services and for free. All of them knows when and where I work...

Kyle Didn't Believe BYD's Flash Charging Claims So he Went To China To Verify

The video at 54:30 said BYD started working on this project at the end of last year, the first unit came out the factory during the first week of January. This is how fast Chinese engineering speed is. How is Western countries going to catch up? They are planning next 2-3 generations already.

China is basically an economic bully at this point. [LOCKED DUE TO VIOLATION OF NO POLITICS RULE]

I disagree with you. I've never heard a single Chinese think all human civilization came form China. It's complete nonsense, or everything that humans have accomplished belongs to China. Yeah, maybe a few, just like some people believe earth is flat. The reason for anyone to steal others IP...

What's the best alternative to the Taycan?

I completely agree with you on Chinese copyright culture. The primary reason they are able to catch up on everything they do and make is to copy others. As you said, innovation takes time and money. Chinese spent the last 30 years to catch up western civilization 100+ year since Industrial...

What's the best alternative to the Taycan?

That's the scary part. SU7 is the first car Xiaomi ever build, we can argue all we want comparing against Tayan, but that's just say SU7 is okay, but not great. It took Taycan 6 years to improve from J1.1 to J1.2. Xiaomi is going to release refreshed version this year, 2 years after original...

What's the best alternative to the Taycan?

If you remove the badge, and ignore the price difference. SU7 is a better (not all) car in many ways. Electrify, exterior style and brand prestige were the main reasons I owned my first Porsche. Now I've owned a couple Taycan. The urge of owning another Porsche definitely not as high as...
