Still unresolved for me. On iOS the app updated to version 3.0.1 ("Small bugfixes and improvements") which appears to be the update that broke it. Tried to submit a bug report via the app store, but my enquiry ended up at my local dealer; not sure what they can be expected to do in this situation!

As it’s a known issue, I’d recommend specifically requesting that new sensor by part number as it will likely need to be ordered in. Should save you needing to visit twice!

One of many PCM issues, agreed. My PCM completely crashes about once a week... both central screens go blank and take several minutes to reboot. Instrument cluster thankfully still works. I used to consider my Tesla's system "unreliable" for crashing once a year :headbang:

In my car (and several others, if you read this thread) after you shut off interior monitoring, it turns itself back on the next time you start the car.

You can deactivate the interior sensor by also double-pressing the door handle notch... assuming you can get both touches to register.
