Still unresolved for me. On iOS the app updated to version 3.0.1 ("Small bugfixes and improvements") which appears to be the update that broke it.
Tried to submit a bug report via the app store, but my enquiry ended up at my local dealer; not sure what they can be expected to do in this situation!
i can see how this would work… when I clicked … next to my account, the last sync time was 4 days ago, around when the app stopped working.
Changing to guest then back to my account updated the sync time, but the app is still not working.
Deleted my account from pcm and added it back, also...
My “My Porsche” iOS app stopped working in the last week … it no longer displays car status, battery level, location etc:
However, the web app (my.porsche.com) accessed on the same device still works. So the car is communicating its status with some server but the app is not talking to the...
As it’s a known issue, I’d recommend specifically requesting that new sensor by part number as it will likely need to be ordered in. Should save you needing to visit twice!
One of many PCM issues, agreed. My PCM completely crashes about once a week... both central screens go blank and take several minutes to reboot. Instrument cluster thankfully still works.
I used to consider my Tesla's system "unreliable" for crashing once a year :headbang:
The latter.
Thank you for trying to help, but the Band-Aid solutions have been discussed at length already and are moot now that the factory has announced an official fix.
In my car (and several others, if you read this thread) after you shut off interior monitoring, it turns itself back on the next time you start the car.
Because it turns itself back on. And if you open the door before turning off the car, you don’t get the prompt and have to double lock the car. And sometimes you forget to double lock the car. And if you remember, sometimes it still doesn’t work.

FINALLY!!!
New part number is PAB951172 as already confirmed by others.

Admittedly what we want from our family car is exactly that; an appliance. Also my perspective is slightly skewed as I have a track car that handles so well that it makes the Taycan and Model 3 indistinguishable at the speeds it is normally driven.
On my last long trip I saw 20 Model 3s over...
My kids always asked for "rocket ship noises" (electric sport sound) in the first month of ownership. I loved it too, especially in pedestrian-heavy areas.
Since my last service (they reflashed all modules in an attempt to cure the alarm bug) my external sport sound seems to be permanently on...
I am a few months into CT4S ownership after coming from a Model 3 SR+.
I absolutely love the way I specced the car, it's great to be able to customise a car to this extent. Additional luxuries like massaging seats, rear wheel steering and Burmester sound are very impressive, especially to...
I skipped Sport Chrono but still have the Sport shortcut soft key in the central console. I pressed it when the car was new and I wanted to enjoy Launch Control... but nowadays in regular driving I just leave it in Normal.
Surprisingly my personal reasons for going back to a Tesla are more driving- and lifestyle-focused. The thicker steering wheel, comfier seats, more confidence at 7/10ths, easier to park, easier for my young kids to open the doors, more room in their footwells for their bags, smarter...
