I have a very similar Carmine GTS arriving imminently but looked at yours in these pics and was initially underwhelmed. However, I then realised how high it is jacked up on the air suspension in these photos, which goes to show how much of a difference stance really makes to how are car looks...
I have wireless CarPlay on a Panasonic head unit I installed in my Sprinter. However, I’m pretty certain it doesn’t stop the DAB radio when I connects to my phone (I’ll try and test this over the next few days). I would lay the blame for this one at Porsches feet. I should be taking delivery of...
I’ve debated the same but I’ve gone blacked out Mission E for my Carmine Red GTS. I just prefer the more open design to the RS Spyder wheels. I’m about a week away from delivery so I’m looking forward to finally seeing it in the metal ?
Thanks. I did try a thread search before posting but couldn't find anything.
The hack also worked for me. Seems like a good way of pulling down much higher res pictures than I was able to screenshot on my phone
So I might be being really daft here but I didn't know I would get to see pictures of my car being built in the factory as part of the order process (this seems particularly daft now I've come on here to post about it as I've since noticed lots of people have pictures of Taycans in the factory...
I would personally be tempted to go with the black or white leather with the body colour accents. I think that looks particularly good with the Mamba Green. I was very tempted with my Carmine GTS but decided the red highlights didn’t work as well. I think I’d have pulled the trigger with the...
I have to say I’ve had a really positive experience with my salary sacrifice order so far. I ordered in February and my GTS is currently on its way to the dealership. Updates have been frequent and useful, and the Porsche aftersale experience has been impressive so far (the Christmas biscuits in...
This is interesting. I’ve not heard of an interior ceramic. I’d like to detail my car but it’s not really worth doing with a lease so I think I’m just going to take it as it comes. I’d be interested to know how you get on with this option though
Thanks everyone. All the info provided has been really helpful. I’m particularly conscious of damage as my car is a lease so I’ll be putting in an order for the backrest protector in the next couple of days ??
Thanks again
Hi All,
I should be collecting my GTS in a couple of weeks so I'm finally having to make a decision on what bits I might need to go with it. Specifically, I have a 4 year old and I think I might need to use some of the child gear in the back to stop her accidently causing damage.
I have...
Thanks for posting this. I've just had notification that my GTS is at Emden so its good to know it should be in the UK within a week or so. I'm due to take delivery in January, so that looks good according to this schedule
Honestly, every time I've seen the Lucid Air mentioned as an alternative to the Taycan on YouTube I've found myself at a loss to understand why? As mentioned by the OP, and various others, it is just plain fugly.
I think the E-tron is still the only real alternative ev 'driver's car' today, and...
I'm very pleased to hear you're enjoying it.
I haven't actually driven the GTS Yet. I test drove a Turbo and was very impressed. The Porsche salesman at the dealership tried to talk me out of the GTS by saying the Turbo was a lot quicker and the GTS was closer to the 4S but with fancy bits on...
It seems from the poll that more people have seen a GTS than me, but I think the people replying who have one might be skewing the results ;)
I have my track day at Silverstone next Tuesday so I will finally see one in the metal then :) ... but that still doesn't count as a wild sighting in my...
