Well, my heater went this week. Car at dealer with no ETA for parts. Dealer said Last one took one month. My loaner is a brand new base model Macan....what a disappointing car but Dealer will swap for loaner taycan monday. Can't wait to be in Electric again.
3600 miles (exactly) on my TTS since October which is a lot considering I work from home. I drive it everywhere in all whether and trouble free. As far as buying low miles, I don't think that matters much with electric. I think all I would car about is the health of batteries and the...
For sale are my tires....I had intended to order car with all season but came with summer tires....car had a couple of hundred miles on it while I waited for the for the all season to be put on.
265/35 R21 for front
305/30 R21 for rear
These would be $1700 for tirerack. Make offer if you need...
So i have several 911s for various reasons and my plan was to keep my 991 Turbo S when and if I took delivery of my Taycan TUrbo S. I couldn't wait to have an ICE and EV Turbo S side by side since I could never imagine parting with my ICE TS except maybe for a 992 TS like RCorsa. But with...
As someone that has a team that focuses on the energy generation technologies....remember when wind was thought to never be able to compete and now the marginal cost of wind generation is zero driving electricity costs down. I would argue that if you base all your assumption on what you know...
To your point...the car I am super interested in is the Hyperion...unfortunately will cost 10X that of the huracan.... Once Hydrogen becomes more available I think this will be the holy grail with electric motors and a hydrogen fuel cell
Crazy-looking Hyperion XP-1 fuel cell hypercar seen...
Wow....this seems to definitely be a theme....to think I almost didn't take delivery three months ago because I was happy with what I had and struggled with something being so big and heavy.
Thank you for being my support group on this....I was feeling real guilty after getting out of my Huracan....now I feel much better
Would love to hear if there is a Taycan owner who feels different from those who have posted so far.
I agree with all the sentiment here....especially that gas is for the track. I was worried that I had lost my mind and have become a regular person with no desire for visceral automotive experiences. Glad I have people who are living the same thing. Of course my car/track buddies make fun...
Well, my Huracan has been my pride and joy in my collection. Always loved driving it during the summers here. Well, we had a nice day here in the pacific northwest so after running errands in the Taycan, I decided to grab lunch and took a spin in the Huracan....I must say, the Thrill is...
You are right....the distortion is so bad.....everything looks so big on the sides when I back up. Makes it hard to rely on camera....if there is a way to have a more normal view....let us know how.
That is awesome....I am still pissed that the dealer locked my order when they said I could change my build prior. My plan was to add night vision....oh well....glad it works so well....now I am more bummed.
