Same here in Germany - there is only little to no advantage to be just 200km away from Porsche HQ. I had taken the car to the Garage 10 days ago. First they told me about an instant delivery in one or two days, then they started to push things out to the week after. Now, the spare parts are not...
Maybe Porsche ran short of color pigments needed to produce cherry red? Also Tesla is facing some delay in shipping “mignight cheery red“ cars as they call it.
My cabin heating stopped working this late morning. I‘ll be visiting the Service Center tomorrow. Need to do a 500 miles trip on Wednesday and I guess Í won‘t enjoy as temperatures had dropped from unusual 15-20 degrees Celsius to minus 5.
I had reported this error to my dealer a month ago. My dealer had applied campaign WLK2 after requesting proof of evidence (took a video while driving...). A week later, the error returned. I'd get along with the yellow message, but not with the bell sound every 10 seconds. Rather annoying...
Will be certainly repeating some remarks already given. I did own a MS85D before moving to my Taycan 4S. Our household still owns a Model 3 LR 2019.
- One Pedal: meanwhile I can handle both systems equally well after years of Tesla regen. Both have their advantages.
- 0-60: one does not feel a...
All 4 wheels are unfortunately the same. Check out some offers from private sellers on any platform. They do show „real world“ wheels. I also do not like such design flaws…
Hit me yesterday in the afternoon picking the car up again from the garage to get the software recall done. Full crack across window. Thanks for the link, will be helpful with my Porsche dealer :)
wanted to post a rear window crack case, and had seen related posts too late... So just to confirm that I am affected now as well... Admin, you might delete the post here :-)
Coming from a Tesla Model S I voted „no“. Electric means low noise after these 5 years. And I did not like it very much during my test drive. Happily lovong w/o it. I do understand other prefs though ;)
Wasn't a real roll-over. The passengers were reported to be severely injured, but having been able to get out of the car. However they apparently did not walk away far, but had to be taken of by medical staff. Driver was 32 years old and passenger was 20 years with good luck and a good car to...
I had HRE P101 on my Model S. You could fee subtle influence of their much lower masses in driving dynamics. However, consumption rates are dependent on many factors. If you change a closed wheel design to an open fan, you compensate the savings to the negative side. Which HRE model are you...
Got inspired by Raek‘s pics and his 15mm all around spacers. Have installed them today. I‘ll take the car to a test drive on a winding road tomorrow. I have used the H+R brand. There are many offers available for the Cayenne. The model however is the same for the Taycan and comes with the...
My top priority items list were the performance battery, the LED light, the 18-way seats and the electric mirrors (are these anti-glare by default in the US? otherwise add)
Next priority were heat pump, park assist (incl. the low quality lens), Innodrive, power charge cover, heated seat, Bose...
Had similar ideas last year but wanted to be prepared for the 4WD winter conditions, thus had ordered and received the 4S. Lucky me as we haven't had that much snow for more than 5 years at least... Under less harsh climate conditions, RWD is a great option for sure.
I went for the 20“ Turbo Aero as well. I‘d love some 21“ 3rd party wheel (Vossen, HRE), but made some experiences with them on the Model S. The 21 inch tyres offer little to no side protection, thus you‘ll be adding scratches easily. I didn‘t like the Mission-E a lot, at least not at their price...
