Why? The service is only $1000 USD and keeps you in warranty compliance. This will be a red flag for buyers when you want to sell it. Unfortunately, this is a car that should always be under either factory warranty, CPO warranty, or an extended Porsche warranty for repair cost protection.

Was it a 2020 model? If so, that answers a lot of questions. I have made it a practice to never buy a first year model of anything and this approach has served me well over the years. Good luck with your new Audi!

Just my two cents, but I don’t think anyone will be able to answer your question about the bumper from this photo. If this was my car, I would take it to my local dealer and have them assess the level of damage on the inside and the outside of the areas affected. Since they are not a body shop...
