Totally agree - the worse part is porsche don’t give a s@@t. Also no journalist has written anything I’ve seen about the issues due to the paid advertising….IMO

Ah sorry.. so I was getting a really high pitched noise which i posted which I felt was coming from the wheels or the drive unit. I have standard wheels and tyres. Porsche could find no issue when it went in and they cleaned the brakes. I could still here the sound faintly in the background...
Yes. They gave me a basic Audi Q3 but swapped it two weeks ago for a Q7S as I wasn’t happy. I’ve been told they now have my battery but are waiting to hire a fork lift truck to fit it ….. ?♂️?♂️

I am beyond annoyed with Porsche who can still not give me an ETA when my new battery will arrive. Its been six weeks already and I have a basic Q3 as a loaner and I’m concerned even when I do get the taycan back what will be next.

So I’ve been told today the large volt battery needs replacing?? the Porsche rep didn’t have a clue if its the 12v battery or what.. said it could be a 3 week wait for a part. At a time when there is a fuel shortage in the UK too ?
