Same has happened to me. The My Porsche app stopped updating info from the vehicle. I've tried resetting the vehicle's system, reinstalling app, even tried the original Porsche Connect app - all to no avail.

Don't regret not having this option, I have it and mainly keep it switched off as lights would come on, mirrors unfold, handles pop out when I walked anywhere near the car when parked up at home.
The electrically powered charging port cover stops half way. Warning message is displayed. Swiping finger under protuberance causes the port to close then open to halfway position again. I just locked the car and left it. On returning some time later it had fixed itself! This has happened...
Don't do that. I have a Turbo S and it is a great car to drive. The software is rubbish compared to my Tesla Model 3 Performance, but I am sure Porsche will eventually sort it all out.
