The Porsche website indicates that Porsche dealership chargers are just part of the network. As in you can charge up with them - I suspect using the app. Anyone done that yet?

Together with many Porsche Centres, we are creating an additional speed...
I noticed the same thing. Have a quote from during the lockdown and going to have a test drive tomorrow - when I went back to look at a few options I got the same message.
Will see what the chap says tomorrow.
Seems annoying to be a forced option - as for something I don't really want at all...
I suspect there is probably a bit of an accident here. Either:
1 - a deliberate troll or perhaps
2 - It has been tested to 500 launches and has been absolutely fine, i.e. working just as effectively on number 500 as number 1. But with no indication that number 501 will be any worse.
Then the...
Thank you epirali - excellent but if insight that not many people would have.
Given that I can only afford the 4s, it is really nice to hear. And I think my chances of putting a 4s in the shop and being given a Turbo S to try are... well.... 0. :CWL:
I am looking to get the discounted one through octopus energy.
Slightly off topic - but if my electricity box is on one side of my fairly new expensive driveways and the car port is on the other side, are they able to tunnel underneath without having to dig up the drive?
My understanding (MUST CHECK WITH AN ACCOUNTANT)
Is that a brand new car is required for the corporation tax, otherwise it is 18% a year.
But you might be able to include ex demonstrators as part of that or cars that essentially counted as 'new'.
Here is a link I looked at when I was...
I think the biggest thing is the reliability. Imagine a long journey, running your fuel down the fumes, pulling off at a petrol station and finding that there was no petrol there. It (almost) never happens. And when service stations are closed/ have no fuel you get loads of announcements on...
Congratulations on your purchase. And I absolutely understand that people's preferences are different. I wonder if I would have stepped up to the Taycan turbo and had fewer options. With all the gadgets it may not have been that big a step up in terms of price (particularly if you get anything...
sounds like you have it sorted already; but with high price insurance it will almost always be worth taking out a higher excess and then insuring the excess. I get it with my bank for about £6 a month and it means car, house and other insurances all have £1000 excess saving me loads more than...
My understanding is most insurance companies will pay the retail price of the car in the first year anyway. Something we should be told when buying gap insurance! (Check to make sure that is right with your insurance before you trust what i say - it might be different with different companies)...
That is really sad Raedwald - but I totally agree with your decision. You are never going to enjoy the vehicle and It is too much of a luxury purchase to have that type of feeling.
PCP at 6.4% from Porsche.
Overall 15k down and 1k/ month for a car at 97k. I do agree with jheard that that residual values seem high - meaning no equity in the car. But that is surely the ideal situation - as it means they have given you a final valuation which is higher than the car is worth...
Sorry - no answer from me, as just about to buy mine. I'm planning on the PCP because of the high residual value and don't really want to keep it longer than my PCP. However paying >6% on the entire residual value does seem a little excessive.
Out of interest where are you looking to get your...
