I went through a couple of chargers, from both Porsche & Mercedes and neither compared to the Tesla - in both ease of use, installation, app functionality, etc.. Best bang for your buck - even at the $650 price point.
I got the Tesla Universal Wall Charger fairly recently, but taking a break from EVs for a year or two, so selling it if anyone is interested. I paid $650+tax, selling for $500. It's in like-new condition, used just a handful of times. I'm located in North NJ.

Can I throw another option into the ring? I switched from a Taycan Turbo to a G580 - yes I know it's completely different. Taycan was definitely sportier, but the extra space of the G580 (especially the easy-to-use trunk) has been super helpful for me. Check out:
A bunch of folks here asked me for this when I just got my G580 (sold the Taycan) and posted the video comparing them.
Well here we go, the GTURN!! Absolutely no practicality to this (no more so then launch control for those who don't track their cars).
Ehh, Porsche will always have some natural demand, regardless of the price point. I just got a $185,000 G-Wagon (G580), and similarly it's way over priced, but there is a waiting list out the door (especially for the G63).
And the range on my G580 is just 240 miles :lipssealed:
I never went back to ICE (and won't), BUT you really need to take these studies with a grain of salt. There was another study 2 years ago that said 50% don't go back to electric. Data is easily manipulated. Working with a ton of dealerships, I can tell you first hand that it's more than 1% who...
Are they really? I'm surprised any OEM would have them make anything. I'm using my $150 4-year-old Mustart charger instead of the Webasto Mercedes one at this point, that's how bad it is.
Found it on Amazon..

Reviews seem just as bad as I thought, but for different reasons then I mentioned. Seems like many hang it without the bracket (first few pictures are that way). The main takeaway is that there are OEMs providing worse chargers then what Porsche...
The wall has to be completely flat/flush with the plug (which means sticking out a little bit more then the actual outlet). And I tried the Mercedes Benz bracket in all possible ways, it just doesn't hold it well enough unless it's vertical and perfectly flush.
Just did a quick video for the Mercedes forum, but might be semi-relevant here. Take a look at the MB charger they are including with their cars. If you guys thought the Porsche-included one was bad, this one is 32AMPs, no screen or interface, flimsy bracket which is impossible to hang. No...
I've been seeing a couple of Turbo GT's around town and honestly feels like Porsche could have done more to make it look more special. From most angles it doesn't look that much different from a Turbo/TurboS.
To close the loop on this chain - I wound up selling the car last month. Here was the last video I took -after 3.5 years of ownership:
I wound up trying something new and got a G580, video comparison of the 2:
