EV demand - especially at the higher prices - is very soft right now, world-wide. I think it will stabalize in a year or two. As a data point, my $170k MSRP 2021 Turbo has a resale of around $90k now (with only 10k miles).
Shitty. I don't know if I *need* another Turbo when I replace mine - but at the same time, the last time I got a 4S I regretted not going up a level lol
Was higher in December - Porsche went from $10k with dealers covering half (+$7,500 for leases), to $5k (+$7,500 for leases) with dealers covering half. I wouldn't be surprised if they bump it back up to $10k (so -$5k).
I don't expect any major changes on a mid-cycle refresh. They don't typically make big changes that would allow for larger batteries or different tech.
I've been going through the same process - but probably doesn't make sense to sell now. Just eye-balling the market (and I work in auto, so I do have some good knowledge of market conditions, etc..): My 2021 Turbo would trade-in for $90k today, probably $100k private-sale (MSRP was $168k I...
Beautiful color btw - my 2nd favorite behind the now-discontinued mamba green. If you want a no-pressure over-email dealer quote just to know what you're playing around with, PM me and I'll connect you with someone. I've been considering selling too - mostly because my warranty is up in about a...
In NY, you'd probably better off trading-in for the tax savings (in NJ EV's are not taxable so it's a different story). If you're in the market for another Porsche, I can have a dealer give you a trade-in quote just to see what you're playing with. Prices are down a ton though - I'd probably get...
