Take a look at this post, TSB: Brake Pedal Travel Perceived as “Too Long” Just Before the Vehicle Comes to a Standstill - July 18, 2023, from @Tooney in case it applies to you. I had my brakes bled for this "brake travel" reason and the problem was solved.
Any chance Active Lane Keep (ALK) / Lane Keep Assist (LKA) was "on" - ? When on, it will interpret a period of driving with little steering input as driver inattention, shudder your wheel, then shut down the car for safety (as it assumes you've lost consciousness).
FWIW, did my ‘21 TS exactly two years ago. Full wrap in clear STEK (for hydrophobic performance). Cost in San Francisco was $8,500. Very much worth it to me.

do you mean by “swiping” via BLE? The ability to unlock and lock via iPhone exists - but it takes a few steps with the app. It would be interesting to use the phone to unlock as one uses I Apple Pay. BUT- would you not also need to have your key anyway since it data is alll of your driver settings?
It sucks that so many have had bad experiences - wish it weren’t the case. I can represent at least one case in which the experience has been excellent.
As a counter perspective, my MY21 has been super.
EA charge: I plug it in and it charges. Works great. That isn’t to say that EA hasn’t had...
That is correct. Before I got the color icon software update, the same irritating absence of Homelink button occurred. One had to back out, kill the reverse camera, then close the garage door.
Since still in the update; however, there is a Homelink button, even when the reverse camera is on.
@daveo4EV Why do you need "to use the app to start a session"? Is it a model year difference? (mine is a MY21)
I am able to pull into a station, turn off the vehicle., close the doors, plug in the cable, and .... charging starts. This has worked at EA stations from San Francisco to LA.

I had originally optioned quite conservatively. Then my wife said, “You may be buying your last car. Check all.” So I did. Never look back. Just drive it and love it. I have NEVER thought, “I should have bought a Tesla.”
The only option that I have not benefited from is InnoDrive. But that is...
Great write up, @tchavei. I'm in the Golden Visa program (application in queue) so really nice to hear that it's possible to traipse around Portugal in a Tycan - even at the peak of EV charging demand!
IMHO, you should go with the Plaid. You’ll never be satisfied with a Taycan given your focus on stats and will always be looking over your shoulder at some higher stat. The Taycan is for driving - a stat that doesn’t come with a number … something only you can take the measure of by how it makes...
Thanks for posting @CLF1 . I've only logged 13,000 miles. I get satisfaction every day - whether a 2 mi trip to the pool, or one of the "Taycan Trips" my wife and I take on a weekend now and then. Such a pleasure to drive.
Are you sure you want the car to turn off by itself just because you opened the door? That is not a feature I would want. Too many time that I need to pop open the door for few seconds or minutes. If the car turned itself off I would be annoyed - especially with the PCM startup time.
My 2021...
