Successful Plug and Charge session with 2 issues…

10 minute charge to get home. My wife and I went in to use the bathroom. They both looked directly at us as we pulled up trying to get a spot. No effort to close their doors to unblock the spots. ?‍♂️

Successful Plug and Charge session with 2 issues…

I used the station on the end that was not blocked. As far as trying to chat about manners, shouldn’t their parents have taught them that? We were in a bit of a hurry and I didn’t have the time or energy to engage them. They should be aware of how THEIR car charges, since they purchased it...

Successful Plug and Charge session with 2 issues…

I had enabled the plug in charge on the car a while back, but haven’t had a chance to try it out. Successfully used it today. The only two issues were the two morons plugged into the 350 kW charging stations. That MachE might draw 150 kW for a max of two minutes and then drops to about 100. The...

Scared to ask... anyone tempted by Model S Plaid?

Originally I was going to wait for the Plaid+ version of the MS. Then I started reading reviews about the Taycan. A test drive later and BAM! I own a Taycan. I have contemplated buying a Tesla on a few occasions over the last 4-5 years, but something just doesn’t sit well with me. It is most...

Traveled down that road a few years ago. My favorites are the Omegas and the Gold Rolex (my father’s). Now my daily watch is a G-Shock.

Loving every second of my 4S

Yep, 1,500 miles in for me and I absolutely love the car. Only some minor glitches that are understandable, since the car is basically a computer.

    Taycan vs RS

That would have been ugly for the other two cars.

Any Etron/Etron sportback owners on here?

The real range does seem to be 180-200 depending on temp and driving characteristics. I believe her car will creep forward and there is a way to adjust the regen n the settings. Not sure about the virtual cockpit question. I just use my wife’s user name and password in my app on my phone...

what is the best at home charger for a Taycan?

Yep. I wanted a little more rugged charger for the wife’s car. It is in a detached unheated garage.

what is the best at home charger for a Taycan?

This is the charger for my wife’s Etron. This is what I have for my Taycan. Decided to go with the highest rated “smart” charger (Chargepoint) and the highest rated ”dumb” charger per Inside EVs reviews. So far both have been flawless.
