My SoH was 84.96, after different charging sessions, starting from 25%.
I did the last one from 13% to 98% and the SoH is now 86.61.
Precision and reliability of SoH measurement remains relative, we should not focus on variations of 2%.
I'm in exactly the same situation as you.

Today, i went to my dealership for the two-year and end of warranty visit.
Under threat from the guru "@ciaranob", the workshop manager agreed to check the SoH.
Measured at 84.96 by car scanner, PIWIS confirmed 85....
GoM estimation normal mode was 464 km. battery energy 74.1 kwh and 84.96 SoH (car scanner)
The last consumptions , since charging (clim eco, 20 " CT4, south french alps roads , a lot of 35 km little journeys and no motorways) ,

No noticeable drop of range or GOM , but nice warm weather helped.
Another thing, with very calm driving, I think that the big update has improved the efficiency of the car .
On the other hand, some observed a 5% drop in SoH very quickly, perhaps without having...

3.8 mi/kw (16.3 kwh/100km) is a wrong data , the right number is about 20.7 kwh/100km, for 12 month, including winter in the alps.
