I have Burmester in my CT and it’s astoundingly good. I have not compared it to Bose in the Taycan but I’ve had Bose and other nameplate audio in various cars. Burmester is next level and priced fairly IMHO.
Looks great! I have many of the same options (and a few others that are solid).
Massage Seats, Rear Axle Steer, Thermal Glass, Red Belts, and Chrono... all winners. The Turbo Design wheels aren't great (I have them too), definitely moving to a set of aftermarket.
Enjoy it!
? San Diego here. I’ve seen two other CT’s in addition to my Carmen Red Turbo (pictured below), A local Frozen Berry Metallic 4 and a Chalk TurboS that was a dealer car (seen at Rancho Santa Fe C&C a few months ago)
Hope you don't mind me clarifying this point, I'm replicating your work and finding that with the rods cut to these lengths you can't adjust the assemblies to the Sedan+ or Custom B lengths (you cannot go short enough). Do you recall perhaps shortening them more later?
First, this is amazing -- thank you for taking the time to post your learnings!
Quick question about your measurements. Could you please clarify, specifically, how you measured "ball-to-ball"? Does that imply you are measuring from center-to-center of the ball joint? If so, how did you just...
Overall, they really put in the effort to make it a great experience. I think it's really well suited and a good value for people that have not had much exposure to driving on a track. In my case, it’s also a convenient way to have the car land close to home when purchasing from the far away...
After just 9 months from placing my order, I took delivery of my Carmine CT Turbo from PECLA today.
Overall, I'm thrilled. It's really quite spectacular to drive, and the interior exceeded my expectations.
The Turbo Design Wheels are underwhelming, and a little funky... but I was always...
Thanks, I've read all of your earlier posts and comments (thank you for the contributions) -- I was really hunting for any updates or breakthroughs. Have you priced the Sport Turismo sills?
Hey TCT fans, just checking-in to see if anyone has:
1. Ordered and installed the sedan factory ride height links and installed them on the CT? I saw some part numbers floating around but don't recall confirmation that this worked as expected.
2. Seems as if a few people here have had shops...
I have a MY21 CT Turbo incoming, it's due to arrive @ PECLA in mid-December. Ordered in April, will end up being ~75 days late vs. the original delivery date provided.
Update to my earlier post regarding my '21 Turbo CT. Despite TYD saying the car had Arrived Emden on 10/26... that apparently wasn't the case. It apparently arrived just yesterday 11/8 (or did it!?). Porsche is clearly dealing with more than supplier issues. Tracking and logistics information is...
My '21 CT Turbo has been in a state of suspended animation since July, up until just days ago it had a Production Completion estimate of 11/12. All of a sudden, we're ready to rock at Emden.
I hope this is a signal that production will begin to move for everyone here!
Update on my '21 CT Turbo (entered body shop 7/30, original completion date 8/27): It was just delayed again. It sat for a long time with an estimated 10/15 completion date, just shifted to 11/12.
