What is the part number of the new heater? My heater was replaced on December 20, 2021 with part number 9J1963507D. Then on February 22, 2023 it was replaced with part number PAD963507. I thought that this second part was the new one that had been fixed. Apparently not.

I am on my third heater (2020 Taycan Turbo) and it just went out. That’s three heaters that failed in the three winters since I bought the car in May 2021. I wish there was a permanent fix for this.

My charger is starting to act up too. I’ve had two overnight charging sessions recently that did not complete within 7 hours (for less than 70% change in SOC). My charger received a software update on April 26. I wonder if that is the problem? My charger also worked perfectly last summer...

Is there any update on this issue? My rear window defroster button is doing the same thing. (Turns orange and then immediately turns white.) Outside temps are around 20 F.

I wish they would discuss where they charged and how long they spent charging. Not sure that there are any fast chargers in the UP and northern Wisconsin. If they were using level 2 chargers, was that time included in their trip time?

I had exactly the same problem in early December. While one of the two closest Porsche dealers was booked until mid-January, I was able to get in at the second dealer in only a few days. They gave me a loaner Macan while they had my Taycan. It took them about a day to diagnose the problem...
