I'm sorry but you lost me at "need to put the car on a barge to Honolulu and the dealership picks it up, Fixes it and sends back". Although I have had my Tacan RWD for almost a year and only had to take it to the dealer once for software update, I don't think I could handle those service...

went to the car this morning and a number of options were missing - world radio, xm, podcast, etc. Forced a log out by logging into Guest and then logged back into my ID.. Everything was back to normal -- including the app.

Has any received a notice describing the actual compensation (or better yet the actual compensation) we will received for NOT getting the electronic steering column we thought we had? If so, how much is it? My dealer told me that I will be getting some kind of compensation but that was ll...

For what it's worth (probably not too much) I sent the following email to Porsche Customer Service and my dealer.....

My response was to @Genau who was asking if it had to be adjusted by taking it to the dealer. I said "for me" as I did not know if my specific situation was unique or not. And just for the record - I agree with your statements so I don't really think there is any disagreement between us....

For me, the manual adjustment can be done by the driver....

While I am very sorry to see this, I was really hoping for the fix to be applied to my 2021 RWD. Obviously it has been working OK without that feature as I still enjoy driving it. Would have been nice to have the wheel get out of the way for comfort entry however. I wonder if Porsche is just...

I can't speak to all cars but wireless charging is a problem on my Taycan and my 2020 Ford truck......and based on the multiple threads on this site and my Ford truck site, it is not a limited user problem......

delivery Aug 21. Still missing one key and chip for steering column .. called dealer yesterday and according to the part guy the Taycan is not on the distribution list yet - only the 911's. He said the list gets updated every week and as soon as the Taycan is on the list he'll get the request...

Haven't noticed it in my car but was not really looking for it either. Maybe it has something to do with global warming? :p

to me -- at 78 years old and 63 years of driving cars - this is absolutely fantastic! I know it is a concept car.... but man what a concept car. Maybe Porsche will have it at the Rolex 24 in their marketing area -- probably too much to hope for.
