I already have a charge point charger installed at my house and $3k of electrical work to upgrade our panel! It just isn’t working properly.

Thanks so much for the tip, the bundled charger did work! It’s slow as hell, and has only charged up 3% in 6 hours, but at least we know the car is working properly! Hopefully it’s an easy fix with the charge point equipment.

what does that mean? The charger that came with the car? We haven’t even opened that up yet. Does it plug into a regular garage plug? (I’m sorry if these are dumb questions - this is our first EV.)

It was on the Glovis Supreme. We just heard from our sales rep that the port was closed for the holiday so they do not yet have our car, but it should be ready by Thursday. We completed the sale on 12/30 because I wanted to be sure we got the federal tax credit in 2021.
