I've noticed some pretty good improvement about the general reliability of the PCM since the update. Wireless carplay now starts within less than 30 secs now (it took nearly 2 minutes in the past, and I had a lot of fails, where it didn't start at all), and the PCM seems a bit less laggy...

Issue has been resolved :)
The guy at the workshop was very nice, but he had never seen this issue before. He did a complete reset of the PCM with his tools. It took him about 1 hour, but he managed to make the "account" menu reappear and the car asked me to re-identify myself...
Just a quick update : I had a few calls today regarding this issue.
Porsche Connect support => No luck here, their support doesn't seems to be able to help me with the issue, the guy suggerred me to contact the dealer.
My Porsche Dealer :
They had a "Porsche Connect product genius" a few...
I do not. The setup Assistant only wants me to connect a phone. It does not ask for a Porsche ID nor my name. Each time I create a "new" profil on it I just lands in Guest Mode and no new profil is created..
Ended up trying the factory reset a few minutes ago.. Didn't go well : Upon reboot the PCM asked me to re-link my phone, etc, but didn't asked me to link my Porche ID.. Still locked our in guest mode..
Looks like the only way will be to wait for Porsche Connect to provide an answer now..
Yes, the privacy mode is disabled (and by the way, all the content of the "Porsche Connect" page including the privacy mode is grayed out, I can't even activate it if I want to). I haven't tried the reset yet, I was hoping to have a "cleaner" fix from Porsche before... But if it takes too long...
That's what I tried first (I thought it didn't recognize the profile attached to my key), but even testing with both keys it doesn't change anything. But thanks anyway for the suggestion :)
