    Hopefully they pinpoint the issue. OTA module was replaced on my car though it took weeks to authorize the replacement. However it is back in the shop to replace the “PCM screen”

    Quick update 5.11.2023 Data services and Smartlift has been working during the limited use of the car. However the car is back in the shop as the PCM display failed; it displayed a green blank screen. They intend to replace the “screen”. Now the waiting yet again….

    Prior to the connectivity going off-line, how was the performance of the data services? Was it intermittent, slow, and or non-responsive? I would suggest keeping the appointment so they can run the battery of diagnostics on it.

    Update 4.28.2023: - OTA control module replaced -- per the dealer it resolved the LTE outage AND the Smart Lift issue !! -- I'll provide updates after I pick up the vehicle and 'test' it out. See the related thread here...

    UPDATE: 4.28.2023 !! - OTA control module replaced. Per the dealer it resolved the LTE outage issue. PLUS: It "allegedly" resolved the SmartLift sporadic missing issue. I will update after I pick up the vehicle and 'test' it out for a few days. Hooray! (maybe)

    I have now experienced what you experienced on our '21 RWD. The dealer is being instructed to replace the OTA control unit (which hopefully will resolve the issue) The car has been at the shop for over 2 weeks. See my thread here...
