All of my problems seem to have disappeared after the service center reset the system (thankfully!). Good luck with yours.Hello there, my 21 RWD is at the dealer (has been multiple times). This time replaced the ‘central computer’ and gps antenna. It did not resolve the issue. The car already has the newest PCM updates (reloaded multiple times).
In my case, smartlift disappeared completely with random location based lifting occurring (more often not). After the pcm update, no improvement. However this time the smartlift option on the screen flickers then disappears. Thankfully this has occurred in front of the service advisor and Taycan techs.
The mystery continues…..
Here’s the relevant portion of the job order. Good luck!Yet another update: SA called that they would like to log me out and log in a different Porsche account into the car. This is to verify if its a credential/account related issue.
Since we are going this far, I am going to insist they reset via PIWIS (please correct me with the exact terms).
PDACPA or JCROIX, would you mind sending a copy of your Service Order (with proper redactions) so I can share with my SA. Thanks !
Thank you! Here’s the relevant portion of the job order. Good luck!

Most odd but it did feel like a software rather than a hardware issue.Update: As of 11.13.2022 I still do not have my Taycan back.
As you all predicted, the issue was not resolved by the parts changes. There has been a back and forth with Porsche and the dealer techs. 'Try this, send us this info, etc.'
The consensus is its a software issue (I recall someone(s) stating that in this forum). As such I am debating having the car returned until they have an actual solution or leave it at the dealer so they can try whatever 'fix' is proposed. It is my hope no new issues have been introduced.
Per my SA, the car is in Vehicle Delivery mode so I assume it will need a full login and re-setup of my setting. They offered to flat bed the vehicle to me if I so desired, but I think it would be better to pick it up at the dealer and go thru the 'new car setup' onsite so that any issues that may arise can be brought up to them more easily.
To date the car has been at the shop for about 24 days cumulatively.
Thoughts, suggestions, jokes ?
Good luck! Thanks for the update.Apologies for the lack of updates. I haven't had a chance to parse thru the service order. Life gets in the way sometimes.
In any case, I got a call from the service manager to schedule bringing the Taycan in. Per the SM they have new software for their diagnostic equipment which they are 'confident' will resolve my SmartLift issue. Fingers crossed.
