  1. New all weather floor mats for Taycan - Las Vegas local - SOLD

My car is being lemons and I never got around to using them. They are brand new in the packaging in black. $100 for a local Las Vegas buyer. They are too big and heavy to be worth shipping.

  6. Confused and disappointed

You need to talk to a lemon law attorney. I got nowhere talking to PCNA even though I had documented all the issues and days out of service. My attorney got involved and my vehicle is being repurchased about 2 months after they took over. PCNA did over cash to keep the car as an alternative but...
  7. Lemon Laws

It depends on the state. California is 30 days or 3 times for a problem they can’t fix. It initially sounded like PCNA was going to work out a repurchase with me directly without the use of an attorney, but that went cold so I now had to retain an attorney. Kind of silly since they will have to...
  8. Another broken heater, possible lemon?

I called 1-800-PORSCHE to get the ball rolling.
  9. Another broken heater, possible lemon?

Thats awesome. I have 2 different PoCs now at PCNA after I mentioned lemon and they said I’d have paperwork within 3-4 days for the buy back process but if they will offer a nice chunk to keep and not lemon, I may go that route.
  10. Another broken heater, possible lemon?

That seems like a result that I could live with. Did you need to get an attorney involved? They said I should receive some paperwork shortly on a buyback offer.
  11. Heater issues anyone?

Picked up my car today. Apparently, the 12v battery had gone bad while sitting for a month so that was replaced. They also replaced the PCM completely as it was bricked. Will drive around tonight when it gets to 30 and see how the heater holds up.
  12. Heater issues anyone?

I dropped my car off on Jan 20 and just got a text that they’re expecting to receive the part tomorrow. Claims the date has been “moving every day”.
  13. Heater issues anyone?

Any members in the US that have been provided a better timeline for their repair? I am at day 19 without a solid ETA.
  14. Broken Heater. How Long Do You Wait?

I’ve been trying to get this done with them for two weeks but they aren’t budging on doing either of those. Granted I’m not in the Midwest - but it still is in the 20s-30s here at night.
  15. Another broken heater, possible lemon?

They called me from corporate today and said they would “review” if I were able to get a rental car even after I dropped the fact that I would have my lemon law attorney contact them. I kept saying an approval and a review are not the same thing.
  16. Another broken heater, possible lemon?

Gotcha. I guess I will have to use the “L” word as well to get something done. Thanks.
  17. Another broken heater, possible lemon?

How long did it take Porsche corporate to respond in to reimbursing the rental cost? They opened a case for me and I’m waiting to hear back from them.
  18. Heater issues anyone?

Dealer just texted me with an update that the high voltage heater is the issue and has been ordered but is back ordered. Yay. Reached out to Porsche NA hoping they’d at least get me a loaner or rental car while this is going on. But crickets…
