I've had my Taycan for exactly 3 months. I've had multiple problems with the car. It has been in the "shop" 30 days out of 90, with two different dealers. Today, I was told the dealer needs to keep my car for 1-2 weeks more to resolve my issues - timer doesn't work, loud buzzing from below the dash forward area of the frunk....
I took delivery the same time as two friends with Taycans with none of these issues...
This on a 6 figure car? I've never had these recurrent problems with any car I've owned.

It depends on the state. California is 30 days or 3 times for a problem they can’t fix. It initially sounded like PCNA was going to work out a repurchase with me directly without the use of an attorney, but that went cold so I now had to retain an attorney. Kind of silly since they will have to end up paying legal fees now.

You need to check your States law. Florida is 15 cumulative days. Yours does sound like multiple issues and probably a good candidate for the lemon law. Mine is one issue, but Porsche can not get it repaired in a timely fashion.

My car has been 56 consecutive days with a HV Battery cell issue. Car cannot be driven until the cell is replaced. First part came in and was the wrong one (that was 2/22). The replacement for the replacement part was due 3/8; as of today at 5pm, the part has not arrived.

I really like my Taycan ('21 owned since Sept '21) and the Lemon Law would end up being a buy back of my car (less some $ for miles driven) which I will end up losing and I have a ridiculously low interest rate on the balance. And, if they bought it back, I cannot get another for who knows how long.

I have a case with Porsche NA and they made an offer at the beginning of March to compensate me for my troubles. I told them I would defer acceptance until the car was repaired. Glad I did as there I am two weeks later with no part and then there is a high probability for a delay to get the repair completed.

I recommend you call Porsche NA 1-800-PORSCHE and get a case open.
