  3. Performance Options on 4S? PDCC, RWS, PTV Plus

PDCC reduces body roll when cornering. Shouldn't make any difference regarding comfort.
  4. Has anybody driven a Taycan without PDCC? Body roll?

Henrik, thanks for the quick reply! One question though: do you happen to like PDCC or do you happen to like some body roll?
  5. Has anybody driven a Taycan without PDCC? Body roll?

I am finalising my spec and have doubts about PDCC. I have driven several Porsche 991 with and without PDCC (including my own), and very much preferred the cars without PDCC, because they felt more natural. I little body roll gives you a sensation of speed and fluidness. The 991 cars with PDCC...
  6. Auto recuperation mode requires ACC?

I have tried both 14-way and adaptive 18-way seats. The 18-way seats provide more lateral support which is important for me. Sven
  7. Does it take more energy to heat or to cool the interior?

That is indeed correct, but I believe the UK is the only market in Europe where it is standard. It is not standard for example in Germany, Spain or Sweden (in Sweden it should be!).
  8. Does it take more energy to heat or to cool the interior?

Thanks for the quick reply! In Europe the heat pump is optional (in the US it is standard), so it might be worth it to add it. The cost is €787 which is approximately $850.
  9. Does it take more energy to heat or to cool the interior?

I am finalising my spec and have some doubts regarding options that impact the interior climatisation of the car (heat pump,. glass roof, heated seats and ventilated seats). If the car has been parked outdoors, without charging, does ti take more energy from the battery to get the temperature...

When discussing "June 2020 changes", does that mean that you are able to order/spec it in June or does it mean June production?

  13. Taycan 4S luggage/boot space larger than Turbo

I have read and seen several reviews of the Taycan 4S where they state that state that the 4S har larger boot space than the Turbo / Turbo S, because of the drivetrain. Can anybody confirm this? Does it only apply to the "standard" 4S or does it apply to the 4S with the Battery Performance Plus...
  14. Heat pump - is it worth ordering it in Spain?

Thanks, this was very useful! Is there any other advantage with the Heat Pump, in addition to the slightly longer range? The dealer told me that with the heat pump the car could optimise the battery temperature for charging (for instance when you are approaching a DC charging point), but I am...
  15. Heat pump - is it worth ordering it in Spain?

Hi, I am finalising my Taycan 4S order. In Spain (as opposed to e.g. the US) the heat pump is not standard, it is a 787 EUR option (approx 870 USD). It is not easy to understand what the heat pump does and what you loose if you don't add it to the spec. There is some info in this PDF...
  16. Neodyme og standard (black) interior accents..

I believe the pictures above show Dark Silver accent (rather than standard black). The car has Olea Club Leather Interior which comes with Neodyne accents as standard or Dark Silver accent as a no-cost option. Standard black is not available with Olea leather.
