Does anyone know if 2020 Taycan's get OTA updates?

I’m looking at CPO so that gives an additional 2 years which is more than enough can someone confirm the OTA? Would be a pain to have to go to service every time for an update

Is there a major difference between a 2020 Taycan vs newer models like a 21/22? I heard of plug and charge. Coming from a tesla, this was standard so not sure how you charge without that option on a taycan. Anything else noticeable. Theres a pretty decent price discrepancy from a 2020 to a 21 even.

I've seen a handful of taycans with these front skirts and side skirts but can't find any option on the build sheet. This is a Turbo but havent seen this on all turbos.
