AC only works sometimes

Hey,

I bought a 2021 Taycan Turbo about 2 months ago and my air-conditioned has been only working some times. The first few times I would shutdown the car for a second, turn on and it would work. I live in Arizona and today is 110 degrees. I tried 5 times and the ac never worked so I made an appointment for Monday then tried again and it worked perfect. My guess is software since it works perfect after reset sometimes. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

When I took mine in for the update it was primarily to fix the AC as it had permanently stopped working earlier this year. For me it was the heat that wasn’t functioning but it was winter so I didn’t test cooling. I didn’t notice if it was intermittently working before completely failing. They started by replacing the heater but then the system began acting up again while in the shop for the update. Apparently this was due to a coolant pump issue. Said coolant pump was then replaced and it’s been fine thus far. *fingers crossed*
